There has been no expense spared in preventative maintenance and general upkeep for this great Yacht!. She has New Paint, New Bow Thruster, New Under Water Lighting and some new Electronics. Her bottom was just stripped of all accumulated paint and fresh epoxy and paint were applied.
She is a beautiful vessel in superb condition.
Owner and guest accommodations include a master stateroom with en-suite head and two guest staterooms, both with en-suite heads. Crew accommodations include 2 berths, separate galley and dinette.

Accommodations

Welcome aboard this elegant beauty! As you step on board you will be delighted by the great care and attention she has received. Her paint shines, Canvas is like new, interior warm and welcome, Galley delightful, and great staterooms and crew quarters. This Broward is ready to make your dreams come true!


Main Salon

Walking into the main salon you immediately notice how large and open this area is. There are large tinted windows on each side and the aft bulkhead is mostly glass with a that opens to your wonderful shaded cockpit.



On the starboard side aft is a wet bar . Behind the bar is a sink, hot and cold pressure water, refrigerator/ice maker, great storage and excellent counter space for entertaining. Opposite this is a large u-shaped couch that can seat 8 people very comfortably. The forward bulkhead houses the built-in Entertainment center.





Pilothouse

Forward of the main salon is the raised pilothouse. This can be accessed up several steps on the port side of the main salon or up several steps from the starboard side of the boat near the entrance door to the boat. There is excellent visibility forward and to the side and bench seating for guests aft of the helm station. Up several steps on the port side aft is the access to the upper helm station, fly bridge seating and boat deck.



Flybridge

There are two helm seats overlooking the forward control station. Aft of this is a very large wrap around seating area encompassing both sides and the aft area of the fly bridge. Can easily seat 14 people. There is a center console that has a sink with pressure water, U-Line refrigerator/ice maker, and large storage for life jackets and upper deck canvas. Aft of this area and separated by the large seating is the boat deck. There is an electrically operated Broward lifting crane, an 8 person life canisters, Dinghy and Scooters
